Many thanks for the wonderful cupcakes that you made for my daughter's 21st birthday. Your ideas and suggestions were perfect and made a welcome change from a conventional birthday cake. Thankyou for the cupcakes!! They were exactly what I wanted and looked amazing. Everyone commented on how lovely they looked and tasted and enjoyed picking out which one they wanted to have. They made the night extra special and something to remember!

Hi Melinda, I just wanted to say thank you for the cakes you made us - they were absolutely fantastic and caused a lot of excitement with staff and visitors alike! We were really impressed with them - they exceeded our expectations.

I contacted Melinda after she won a gold award at this year’s Food NW Fine Food Awards- I had tried her Chocolate Vegan Cupcake and it was divine!

I ordered Golden Wedding cakes for my parents, and they were amazing. So pretty and so tasty. The personalised ones were amazing too. Figures of my parents in their beloved Wigan RL shirts- complete with my dad holding his fishing rod. And even ones of their much loved westie dog!

My dad loved them so much, that he was stopping people from eating them so he could admire them on the stand- eventually I had to step in as they were too tasty not to be enjoyed!

Everyone commented on the quality of the cakes, so thank you for adding an extra sparkle to our special family occasion.

I ordered some cakes for my Husband's 40th. We were going to The States on holiday for his birthday so I asked Melinda to do " american themed " cupcakes and they were amazing ! With every magical bite I taste the love poured into my cupcakes and that is not accounting for how stunning they look; I took some pictures but they really don't do them justice when the mere smell made my mouth go all funny and my eyes flood with wonderment. Our wedding cupcakes were amazing. They looked so pretty with the snowflake tops we had lots of compliments. They also tasted fabulous - I have tried a lot of cupcakes and yours are the best!
